You're right about the tariff it would snuff out Lynas in a second if it was implemented
I guess if they ever have the desire it is a pretty simple plan, much the same as flooding an already saturated market in order to keep COP around ASP so that neither Lynas nor Molycorp can turn a profit let alone service their ever increasing burden of debt...
