From my understanding, SMM have 3 other undeveloped Nickel Tenements next to ours.
They must be pretty worried by now.
How can SMM even develop these tenements, when Landowners nextdoor get 20% ???
Under the current agreement, these Landowners will get less than 1% from SMM
Very likely that SMM will lose these tenements over time and the Landowners will want the 20% deal that Axiom KB has offered.
