Considering management expect to get 1.5 million back from government and the fact PB has said many times company is in a strong cash position, CR is a surprise but I can only assume major player ie. Posco or Hyundai are coming in now asking for CR.
Management must've had a sniff, hence announcing the de-merger..
The only concern is the 1 million seller dumping into .12 - now tell me that seller doesn't know what's going on??
