Not so hard to understand. You are a SI and Bell Potter calls you last Friday and offers shares at 11 cents. You maybe don't want any more exposure than you alraedy have with the placement you previously took at 4 cents. To keep on the good side of your broker and maintain your SI status you take share at 11 ents and then set about selling them post ER. That's part of what has been happening since Monday i would hazard a guess.
