Seems to be. Accumulators pumped it to 42, where they had their prop sell of $500k capping price. Some traders then sold in front of this down to .40c. At this level all selling stopped for about 3 hrs. To force more selling they pushed it down to .380, and quite a few traders bailed then. Weird $700k buy at .38 maybe that was an opposing manipulator who was in wt a higher level?
