Ambitious perhaps but the pilot plant will be a big step in the right direction, and it's design will allow them to tailor graphene to specific projects. Apparently Monash is also, rather unusually, contributing funding towards the plant as they view it as significant.
Super Caps would obviously be a licensing deal, should they be able to attract a whale. Talking an operating prototype in six months or so.
Commercialisation is ranked in that order, so perhaps in Super Sand they have something to put some meat on the bones.
They certainly have a head start on many others, four years with Monash + two ARC grants, if they can put some meat on the bones together with the hype of first ASX pure graphene play, it could get interesting.
Talking a similar format to VXL, retaining a block of equity + perhaps royalty income, which would again preserve value in SER.
