IM and ETF, what an ignorant comment what do you think drives sales!!!! Marketing 101- it's called "promotion". How else are surgeons meant to hear about and see how a product works if not at a conference. I have been in the medical device industry for over 10 years and wet labs are a proven way to drive sales. Some comments on here make me shake my head....
