Boeing 777 I am surprised by your anger towards present management. EGO is an emotive stock so to get a feel for the posters style and investments I look at other posts. well I dont see any on any other stock. That normally concerns me because I dont know many who only post on one stock.

You seem to also imply a lack of respect for this management team in favour of those that drilled the well - Am I wrong? It just seems to me that this forum and hot copper was instrumental at pointing out the shortcomings of the past management team and that with the rally call from ERM they were spilled.

Essentially I dont agree with your assessment of management - I always believe that you can hire the right people and achieve anything - leadership is the key ingredient.

I dont want the present deal to go through - really that is as an ERM shareholder I dont think its the right path for them. As an EGO shareholder I favour raising the cash and being an explorer. However I can understand how they all get to this idea. It seems like a recap with an almost subordination as there wont be any cash to repay ERM if we strike dust.

What I dont like about it more than anything else is that if we strike dust all EGO shareholders will just walk away thanking their good fortune that they did not have to add to their investment , however ERM's reputation is being damaged by all the bad feelings being expressed right now.

If we hit the black then the view permanently will be it was stolen from us. ERM will never be able to get back its pristine reputation that it had when it embarked on the good fight a year ago.

I believe explorers need investment from that sector of the investing community that believes in taking high risk high reward punts - I dont believe ERM should be in that area of business.

A question do you think it was wrong to spill the last board?

I just want to get a handle on where you are coming from seeing as we will vote the same way at the meeting if its ever held.
