Well..............it appears some brokers are getting announcements anyway. Got it from Comsec!
TNY (as usual) have said basically nothing in their covering announcement!
In the subsequent events section of the report (reading between the lines here) it says " In January 2003 the co announced that it was acquiring the EDS business at an effective date of Jan 2003. The company IS ACQUIRING selected net assets of the business including a patent for IDSL technology and the existing employees of the business"
Very disappointing communication with shareholders once again.
