However as I look at it what would be best for CVN ,

Money flowing as soon as possible would be my answer.

So instead of trying to prove up the whole province, which unfortunately is the approach
Apache might favour as they improve value to sell off the asset,

the correct approach for CVN is to appraise either ps1 or roc and get the oil and money flowing.

And as roc can be done using jack up platforms the most cost effective way for this to proceed is to get roc flowing or get ps1 flowing first.

But as we don't have operatorship again we're at the mercy of the operator again.
