Scanspeak I agree with Fluff - pretty shabby journalism from AFR and a couple of glaring errors and yes I agree they have targeted the company in past reporting -

On Balance though - CDU didnt discount the the most important claims .

1 - they are seeking $50m to $100m in issued capital not debt funding

2 - they need it before the plant can be finished before March 2015


CDU could have also said they are not seeking any funding but didnt , and only said they were not in discussion with USA hedge funds when they could have said " any " hedge funds - then they didnt make the first ASX ann price sensitive and made a typo in it 2013, then they corrected it with 2014 and then made the second ann price sensitive so the response looked rushed at best .
