Dear Umbisam, I completely agree Tainqi is stalling - they are playing us like fools. We came late to the poker table with a very weak hand and the Chinese knew it. I still think the deal will go ahead at the latest possible time - Jan 2015. It's a legally binding contract now - if broken all sorts of mess for Tianq, and they'd lose the $12M deposit. The big question is how much cash will be in the bank after completion - and what the hell is happening re SdV?
