couple of other things:
1. in their NT presentation I counted that TNG has 10 projects in the NT. A small cash strapped company cannot possibly service that many prospects. TNG IMO would have been far better off selling many of those tenements not spinning them off into a new entity. The new entity will be struggling for a long time with that many projects, and probably wasting money.
2. I don't know why TNG have not concentrated more of their efforts on MtPeake vanadium instead of chasing an over abundant material like graphite - it's just not needed IMO.
Plus, MtPeake only has a twenty year mine life. Not that good in the scheme of things - OK for a gold ming operation but marginal IMO for other materials given the Capex requirements.
all in all, TNG is not exactly a sure fire winner at this stage, and I don't want to mention the TIVAN saga.... maybe a good opportunity wasted?....
