Despite what everyone says about even if they appeal won't win etc....this will put a dampner on share price until fully resolved ie appeal issue not on the table regardless of how that is removed.

As insto's won't invest based on this risk of unresolved legals no matter how good a probability the appeal will be dismissed.

Need to get SMM completely out of the equation in terms of removal of any ongoing litigation risk hanging over this stock. Do that and reckon will really see handbrakes removed.
