IMO I think FAR would be foolish to sell prior to any appraisal being done and strongly suspect that the ER was for their share of any appraisal wells ................... neither COP or FAR have any definite idea on what they have found to base negotiations on so there will have to be 2 or 3 appraisal wells before any TO or buyout negotiations can begin IMO
