    Surely there cant be much left in the down turn for SLR, if you take off cash on hand
    you are left with a company valued at $120 to $130 million. if they are making $300 per oz
    130T ozs give then a profit of about 40 million, deduct 10 for unforeseen costs leaves a PE of about 4
