I've complained a bit there and here but I've found that the service is reliable (didn't have problems with charts) so decided to stay on. Too hard to move accounts and service.
From time to time HC postings are about commsec or westpac down. NAB seams quite reliable. As to charges I think they pretty much the same with other providers.
I know that etrarde charge more than NAB. So all in all if the stocks are right and we make some money everything else is irellevant.
