They have 3.4m as at 21/10/14 & had 4.5m as at 24/09/14. Drilling all complete and remaining assays due in the coming weeks. They may hold out until December/January if they raise. They may even defer the Grafex payment until the share price recovers to 70c/80c. No rush to raise in the 30's or 40's - the have the world largest graphite vanadium resource....could even debt raise 5m to 10m?
