I don't think I need to write a letter to the chairman regarding this new licence. It's obvious to me what they are looking for - says so on the application GRAPHITE/VANADIUM. The two licences (in the name of Escola de Conducao abc, Lda) on either side are also for graphite - all three are in the middle of TON's. So the theory of the SYRians that the "special freak of nature" finishes at the border of their existing ML (and not into TON's), is probably wishful thinking - why would SYR apply for a licence is there is nothing there?

Yes, it appears there is a "road" (probably a dirt one) running thru the new SYR application - it branches off Niassa Rd to Balama/Montepeuz. The licence application covers 459.06 Ha - so it's not a "car park".
