Is it that sp has been kept artificially low so the new shares that may be issued once approved in AGM, can be acquired at low prices by vested interests ? There are options expiring at 2.5 c end of Dec that could have been allowed to be exercised instead of having an approval for issuing 10% additional shares. So often it appears some parties like and make an effort to keep SP lower. Now with AGM in a months time and chance floating more shares at even lower prices, what are the chances for the SP to lift its head up ?
It is always those in the know and inner circles keeps making money out of investors who buy shares in the open market. Gives a sick feeling.
