I've just had a look at the annoucement that these drill assays where released in... it states below the table "Significant Graphite Intersects"... hence it looks to be a summary of significant intersects from that batch of assay's recieved & also stated they used a 5% cutoff in table... so any sub 5% would not be stated..... But with a 0% cut off in JORC they would of included the full drill core as stated in the appendix of the JORC.
