    1982,
Whilst the share price of NWE is languishing, the company is a completely different animal to what it was when the share price was in the 30 cent price range. The assets which NWE had back then were not a patch on the substantial resources that NWE now has in its portfolio.
The investment community has yet to fully appreciate what it is that is contained in the Perth Basin and the value that it has.
I know and appreciate that I must sound like a worn record repeating this line over and over again but I believe that it is accurate and I am of the view that when the revaluation of NWE happens it will occur a bit like FAR and others ..... quickly and those who have held/got in early, will get the multiples in their pockets.
The time it is taking is as frustrating for me as for you.
However, there are signs that the Perth Basin area is moving. I have harped on about the change in attitude of the AWE management, but it is really significant and then there is the attempted listing of UIL and the market analysis that was contained in their prospectus .... a very valuable read given what we have got and the stage that we are at with our drilling program.

The other important issue is the price of Oil at the moment. In my opinion this will cause other projects to be reassessed as to their viability and may mean that some of the very expensive builds will be moth balled until there is another Oil price shock to jettison the price skywood again. We on the other hand are onshore, close to the transport system pipelines, identified resource, drilling program planning well advanced and a very favourable market place both in demand and price.
The ducks are lined up ..... NWE just need the penny to drop with a couple of significant investors as per FAR and the shareprice will appreciate in my opinion.
There have been some institutional and significant investor interest in AWE which is a sign that some in the Investment community are going to take a punt.
