I must be doing something wrong, I don't get $125,000,000 of anything for free. Noone needs to put in a cent and there you go $125mill. Some just get lucky with these things don't they? JJ5 final was due to be soonish and what happened to the $150mill budget where GCN was going to clean up? What about money for the business as usual stuff? The day to day rent / wages / overheads. It is hard to focus on the future when you can't take care of the "now". A hotel was due to be completed by now which we also were to reap substantial financial reward.

You have to take care of the day to day before we can discuss ventures in mid 2016 I would've thought.
