    In terms of low risk, it is a very simple mining and logistics project, and as the land is agricultural, and would be rehabilitated quiet easily - i dont see that there would be any issues with EIS or grant of mining license.
    Environmental impact study? what adverse effect could there be? when all we are doing flattening the hill tops by a couple of meters- and the land is used to being plowed up and re planted with new crops.

    As for tenure, with the profits we are looking at, i think we could even consider purchasing a demonstration farm would not be out of the question. Why not? And then can resale.
    And when the rehabilitation is demonstrated, then maybe just leasing other farm land to compensate for lost usage.
    (and it may only be part of their farm in any regard).
