re: uganda oil column and volumes Don't know which would be a better option in Uganda....An oil plant...or truck out strategy....

Each would give potential terrorists a target I guess....Truck out to refinery would probably be the safer option, But probably a little dearer, as a fair way to transport the oil...?

Would expect the Ugandan Gov to give full backing & protection of the project....They need the cashflow as well....

Down today....Hope they settle the Mauritania stoush soon....we should be well north of here by now....
