It is funny but I think they would of been examples of where first name is passed to surname or where the location may have been passed forward - ie - "Williams" or "London".

On humour side I really can't grapple parents naming their children with no thought whatsoever put into it - it's just cruel to give kids names that are going to give them grief lol - not only first name / surname jokes - how about "pig latin" that can create some beauties ie. swapping first letter of first name with first letter of surname vice versa.
