Don't know why some here seem to be surprised with the current SP.
It was always going to fall if SMM lodged an appeal.
It will find a base but will remain suppressed until these legal issues are resolved. It may however oscillate to a higher level with good drill results from Isabel and or West Guada.
Also, don't know where this 6 months time frame comes from.
IMO it (the Appeal), will be in 3 or 4 months. AVQ and the locals will be anxious to have this seen to as quickly as possible so it is likely to be sooner than later.
It has also been plainly obvious (dare I say axiomatic), that some here have there own agenda with their posts. Whether this be for just creating **, for personal grudge reasons, for stoking their own egos, or for spreading fear in the hope of manipulating the stock price, if you have some life experience and can read between the lines, you will be able to see through the BS.
The question of capital raising is again being spruiked here.
So what...if it has to happen it will happen, there is no need to add to the negativity and hysteria by worrying about before any such announcement before it comes out.
IMO Sumitomo will have their backsides kicked again in this Appeal and that will be the end of it.
(No matter how many invocations they might make to Odin and Asgard afterwards) lol.
