This graph is proof positive that any link between global CO2 and Temp is weak at best. Despite CO2 being a GHG there were obviously other factors of greater significance on geologic time scale; volcanic activity (>SO2, dust, ...), ocean currents, continental drift, ...
While we can rule out continental drift for periods of <100,000 years, i.e. what's happening today, we can chuck in; ozone holes, Milankovitch cycles, solar cycles, ...
