hey people correct me if im wrong but does there have to be a months warning of the AGM? if so i thought they had planned it for 28th nov? and also must the company provide further details on merger and subsequent proxy vote form?
many thanks, shame about the current SP movements, i do however believe in the long term success of this company, just wish management could start following through on their promises!
