I should have stopped at theory one - the TO - which has been running for 12 months or so - i got clouded by so many more theories!
Perhaps in the back of the man's mind with 0 credibility in the market place with poor Governance Issues was always you want me you pay the price.... further share reduction on already small number of SOI via buy - back does make it super attractive ; he has certainly put some lipstick on what is already a "RADICAL TYPE looking stock
At what price however - did 'someone else' think . Find of decent proportions in Brazil + cash it would have top be north of $6
