Looking back last year I feel management realised this new technology was going to take a lot longer then first thought to be proven and refined so decided to save their bullets for another day.
The latest quarterly to my mind had a whiff of confidence about it.
I think if we see a buy back this time round it is a sure sign management believe IHP will be viable & proven in the near future with what they are seeing from the front row. Let's hope they get a good fill of shares before it's game on. It's a great opportunity for the company and its shareholders at these ridiculous prices IMO.
