Hey I think they have the finance nearly nailed .Any finance deal will ignite the sp.I am guessing by end of November we will have a deal.I believe we will get a cornerstone investor 30% of the project for 40 million that's my guess with some options thrown in.According to md some have even finished there due diligence.
"Each of the financiers have completed or are near to completing their due diligence assessment of the project and have shown strong interest in participating in the development, either through debt and/or equity. Final discussions are planned with each of the financiers in coming weeks. Proposals under discussion include equity/debt finance packages and cornerstone investment into the project company."
