Several reports are made about the site, seeping oil founds in the area have been known since the start 90's, and it's on land, not out in the sea.

It's been a 'off limit to explore further' for a quite some time, but the new licences for oil exploration permissions where handed out yesterday, both in dk and gl.

-licence owners for the area are shared by exxon, Chevron and the danish Big company Dong Energy.
Cairn and others compared to those companies are smalltimers, and they seem eager to start drilling.

So yeah, I Think for now that it Will end with a referendum, after the general election.
