I am sorry but the well is a technical success.
A commercail oil field discovery at least two wells away and that will only be the case if they intersect thick reservoir sands.
Current 29 m over 500 m isn't enough.
Worst case the discovery isn't good enough to justify drilling any more wells.
not sounding negative just outlining the downsid risk. As you can't see these reservoir sands on 3D data. Hence with reservoir analysis they should be able to work out where the sand might be thicker.
