You say you have not read the cash report Sq. You should, and also compare it with previous ones. If you really want to compare how Q budgets compare with the actual expenditure, then add the 4 Q budgets up for the past fin year and then read the Ann Report. Some dissection will be needed.You might be surprised.
Anyway, you might not have read this post I did on another thread. It might help you re the last QR.
