It's a cultural indecency and savagery which hasn't yet evolved. Why does a western female journo reporting amongst a crowd in Egypt get groped to the point of internal injury? Who do locals in areas in Sth America think it's ok to bonk goats for practice? Why do Arab men happily go around bonking each other when not gay? Why cut off heads as a prize?
All those acts belong to non progressive cultures, some of which have very little concept of morality and decency.
The world is made up of all different types of people ...simple as that.
