Not sure about the Chinese as HZN has got a partnership with the Japanese, Osaka Gas. Woodside is out hunting oil&gas assets, but I reckon HZN would be a too small fish for them and it seems they are not interested in PNG.
However, I do think there are some brokers/institutions/funds currently accumulating or buying in. If you look at last week's HZN trading, you will notice quiet days with sudden big buys, especially at the very end of the trading day or even after market closure...
