Liam - With the 'Findings of Fact/Conclusions of Law' due early hours tomorrow morning, it is an interesting co-incidence.
But I believe that is all it is. I find it hard to believe that the ASLB does not run a tight ship. I don't know how an investor could access this information.
Possibly, it is someone believing that the findings will not be good for PEN. But that is pure speculation. It is just as likely some larger holder wanting out for some totally unrelated reason.
