Now your question. 'Is there a cover-up?' IMO NO - They are not even bothering to cover it up anymore. LAR has just said to CTR "pee off - it's our oilfield, you did not meet your commitments".

Sure under AUSTRALIAN LAW we are claiming we own 60%, but under Guatemalan Law I am afraid LAR's story is the one which will prevail.

Again DYOR, look at the delays, the excuses (In A5, the salt lenses, heavy mud, no acid wash etc. meanwhile WE all know they only have to go up to C17 and they have an oilwell) I will bet you that when LAR does a finance deal and is 100% fully funded all those problems will just evaporate. And I will bet you that they will drill a flurry of quickies down to C12/C13 and the place will be awash with oil.
