A possible scenario would see debt - convert to equity, hence your percentage shareholding decreased, the registry blows out astronomically at these prices, company proceeds with a consolidation - you take a haircut.

An unlikely scenario IMO, I don't think any of the creditors would go down this path, unless it was on very favorable terms, again current shareholders getting bent over.
