You are correct in identiying the takeover aspect. I posted this earlier in the year, i think? I would make a $, however long term holders will be stunned losers. This would be shameful. This company has not committed to pushing its price up, and therein lies the danger. A lamb for the cheap slaughtre, so to speak. It is a high percenter that this is the outcome. Many companies could tack this small company onto their operations with no problem.
Delaney was plucked from RMIT obscurity by Harris to develop this confocal stuff. He is a genius. In fact the only person in the world to do it. Show some respect Mrs Smith. That is where his shares and the company arose, I suspect. Harris holds through Inox? Holdings, I think. The current management bought a bereft few along the way.
I suspect you would be concerned if any sniffers are doing Due Diligence on the OIL finances at present.
