I agree Brooke, last year it went from similar levels to ~8c. Though Mitta's observation was very interesting to me, I am still learning and what Mitta said made a lot of sense. I still think this is a great ST play considering what they have and expecting an ANN regarding project decision prior to year end. Can either of you recommend a good TA book?
