It is hardly HC's place to determine whether a price prediction is appropriate or not.

If someone had posted "DYE $1.00 soon" when it first ran to 40c then retraced...how silly if HC had removed that post, especially considering it eventually went to $2.00.

anyway...all sorts of reasons for stocks to run...some fundament, some technical...and some just plain mental!

No one reason is more or less ligitimate than the other...a rising price is a rising price.

As for your comments regarding what AXU have or have not...I think you are being a little unkind.

With a substantial drilling campaign about to get underway, many will want to have a seat on the register...just in case!

One decent hit and rightly or wrongly, the price is likely to sky-rocket.

This is an extremely hot sector, with relatively few participants on an international scale...and the sexiest thing one can get onto in this sector is a drilling campaign, just as AXU are about to undertake.

They are in some pretty good company, with tenements adjacent to, or nearby Olympic Dam, Prominent Hill and the recently discovered Carrapeteena...any reasonable strike near any of these locations will raise the markets hopes that AXU will find the next one.

Technically, the volumes at each level are significant and indicative of support at just about every level...this is very rare and suggests the rise is very sustainable.

That is not to say they will not attempt to drive it up down or sideways in coming sessions...but regardless of what transpires, there is no denying the strong underlying interest for this stock right now.

I say, ignore it at your peril.
