There is absolutely no credibility and no respect to update SHs concerning use of THEIR funds. The Board and Darby ALL have to go for anythng positve to happen to the SP of this life style company.

The list of convenient "Announcements" about Marianas is long but I like this one .....
April, 2013 "Production begins on Marianas Magnetite Tailings Project"
Condor Blanco Mines Limited (ASX:CDB) today announced it commenced production at its Marianas Magnetite Tailings Project in the city of Copiàpo in Chile."

Obviously nothing "commenced" and the recent update on payments in the FYA makes it clear that Condor never owned the project at that time as they never paid for it and (oops we forgot to mention in our annoucements) all CDB had were unpaid and subsequently lapsed options on the project.

Look at the market reaction to yesterday's anniucement ...,ZERO. No one believes CDB announcements and there is no faith in the future.

Vote NO at the AGM otherwise this company will follow the other family run operations into administration.
