I think the announcement means very little at this stage other than speculation

As a holder I am hopeful it is good news re a joint venture partner and funding which means the shares should finally go up

As a pessimist I think the ASX queried the low cash balance in the qtly and they need to raise cash, cant see it being above the last price just under 4 cents so more dilution and the price will probably go down

Hope it is the former, I am sick of this story being a disappointment off the back of what looked like a ten bagger a few years ago when the Chinese and CFE fist funded them at 20 cents and above
