The optimist tells me that suggests the funding is not an equity raise but a JV funding which wouldn't need a trading halt , lets hope so.
It may also explain the selling cap at 3.6 that was removed prior to the announcement and returned after , was waiting for something , and is arguably looking to be an accumulator of the panic stock out there
