    a) Legally 100% Unless Rio can prove continued ownership under previous legal precedent.

    b) Politically, uncertain

    c) Caz's collaboration/alliance with BHPB will get them over the line. I'm sure.

    The best the WA Govt can do is ask both parties to the table and seek a mutually acceptable Win Win settlement for both.
