Very interesting result and sufficient people playing not to ignore the result. I have read several books where the average result of a crowd can be very accurate if the crowd is diverse.
I think they are expecting a profit increase ( BUPA makes a larger profit than MPL as a percentage of Revenue ) and I also think there is a move to pricing MPL as a health stock and not an insurer. ( As mad as this may be )
Its looking as though one of two things may happen here:
1. Government prices float at $1.80 to $1.90 and it lists at $2.40 in which case 30 % stag and bingo !
2. Government prices at $2.00 and above and it lists at $2.40 in which case 20% percent stag and also thank you very much !
