What would be the reason to sell the entitlement shares at cost?
Giving the company money to progress then getting it back by selling to another shareholder?
Wouldnt they have been better to sell their holding at the 3.3c we sat at recently then keep the placement shares once issued? Once the placement shares had been paid for they would be free to sell the existing right?
