    Excuse my ignorance I am only new to investing but it was announced this morning that shareholders would be paid $3 per share for the sale of DTZ on 27th of Nov. Why has the share price dropped 10% as a result of this announcement. I hold 2300 shares so for me this equates to almost $7000 payout. I would be mad to sell wouldn't I? Can someone please explain. Thank you in advance.
